Website Proposal
Good afternoon Greg,
Thank you for taking the time during the consultation process to meet with us a couple of times so that could get all of the information we needed to provide an accurate price quote.
During our second Zoom meeting, we went over your mockup and a tentative "wireframe" for your new website. We will use this mockup as the foundation for the new website. Our designers will incorporate your branding, fonts, and color schemes in this process. Once your content is migrated into the design, you will have a new website that is not only unique but one that will showcase St Vincent de Paul.
I have attached the proposal for you to review. Each phase (design, build, content migration) of the project is broken down into the hours for completion. These phases provide us the numbers to create the website, and also the total cost. I was also told to include a note for a website credit based on the bulletin contract: With the signing of 2 extra years, there will be a credit (up to $9380) to cover the cost of the website. This note is also on the proposal.
The last section of the proposal is the breakdown of our hosting. We can create a hosting package that includes both the website and your domain. This way, everything is in one spot and you will only receive one bill.
