Staff now has Phone and Biography (Main content).

Our Team archive page updated to show hover and links as designed.  Had to guess on the font size, overlay color, and opacity because those don't show in the dev xd file.

Rounding out the single staff page next.

Single staff roughed in based on Lourdes Catholic.

I didn't include the header with Name because #1 that would be duplicate, and #2, the featured image area is very tall relative to Lourdes Catholic.  If we want some default banner with name like LC I feel we should definitely go slimmer.
