It appears that way for all menu items. I'm not sure if we can get rid of all the dead links or if its like a Page Title? (Something stuck there to tell you where you are located)

Sacraments and Ministries are parent level links to organize the Main menu.  They are effectively placeholders as their href is set to "#".  Other parent level items with an href (like About Us) carries that link through and is not dead on mobile while viewing the second level.

We wouldn't want to get rid of them, otherwise there would be no way to navigate to those child items under each respectively.

One obvious option would be to assign an actual page to Sacraments and Ministries respectively.

Another option would be to add some sort of style, visual indication that "You are Here", whether that be underline, color, bold, I don't know.
