This one will be a multisite (4 sites), but we aren't sure if there will be a landing page yet. If it's easier, let's wait until after design is finalized.

With a multisite, the many "sites" can easily be added or removed at any time.  What causes a lot of extra work is when we create a multisite that needs to be a stand-alone, or a stand-alone that needs to be a multisite.
