If there wasn't a link in this field in Theme Settings, then the href attribute was defaulting to https://myparishapp.com/.

Now—instead—if they don't have a link there, the icon won't be rendered. This doesn't appear to affect the responsiveness of the footer.

I also removed the myParish icon from the Connected area if there isn't a link in this field in Theme Settings.
