The Welcome "tabs" (the lines at the bottom that are clickable) should stay the same if they can without breaking everything. The content is and should be flexible, but if the tabs can stay in the same place, it makes it easier to click through. Thanks.

I hardcoded height: 10rem (12rem under the responsive breakpoint) for .welcomeLeft p and added overflow: hidden. This appears to accomplish the intended goal, but it reduces the flexibility of content in this section.
