I'll be waiting to do this until after their training is done. It doesn't make any sense for me to code a bunch of media queries only to have them add a menu item or two that will break everything.
Once they've been trained and have locked in their main menu structure, I'll be able to resize the text and/or logo/image to display correctly across different devices.

I've done this and tested it for their homepage (static & sticky) as well as for their inner-pages, regardless of the viewport width.
For the moment, this seems to demonstrate the proof of concept rather well, but please reopen this task (or make another one) if additional adjustment is sought after their training.
