Notes
The way this is set up currently will work but they also need the option to add their own URL/Link Text to the quicklinks area. Some offices will be linking to specific pages or offsite links.

Okay.  The design called for a fixed set of quick link button options, so this would be a design or requested change.

I built the functionality based on the button set being finite, hence no order option, renaming ability, or custom link options.

Introducing Custom Quick Links to the mix raises potential issues or features that I would rather address up front.

Namely, are we going to support custom ordering of quick links?
-If so, the current approach will not work together, so it would make sense to convert this to all custom links and skip the predefined approach.
-If not, what order do the predefined links and custom links go?

Blake and I talked to Maria & Teresa during their second training and they want to do the following:

  1. "Contact Us" automatically populates if there is a child page that is the contact page
  2. "News" will always be titled "News" but they are able to determine the link of the button
  3. "Events" will always be titled "Events" but they are able to determine the link of the button
  4. Custom Button 1 - They will be able to determine title and link of button
  5. Custom Button 2 - They will be able to determine title and link of button
The buttons will always be in that order and there is never more than 2 custom buttons.
