1:46 pm Veronica asked if they were okay with us removing the option entirely since it is presumably more difficult to only allow some users to see the settings while others don't.

This code may only disable the ability to add 'custom' sizes, and not the default sizes.  Either way this is helpful.

Update: They are okay with removing the option for text settings and color settings entirely from the site (so for all users/instances).
