They want the images not to be cropped off and I suggested 250 by 500 px (1:2 ratio) for the images. 

I have not sent this to them yet so let me know if that works.

Sure, I guess.  Cropping is their friend for various size images used in like size proportions.  But if that's what they want, then so be it.

This is done.  Living Our Faith images are pulled in at 250x500 with no crop, then used at height 250px and contained in the space available for 4 columns.
