This only recently started happening (I only noticed it this week) so I wonder if it has to do with the sticky menu

Pages with image headers (homepage, Sample Communications Office, etc) but pages with only the sticky header have it hidden behind the menu (example here).

Plus, as you scroll down on a page with an image header, the menu covers the admin bar.
