The email capture will be using a flocknote embed (they will send it over) if that particular office has one. 
Social media will be per office, not pulling DOSP's social media accounts.

Office template updated with a place to put the flocknote provided embed code.  I still need to integrate this part, but backend won't change so offices can proceed.

Additionally, there's now a social editor so offices can identify their social networks.

The Subscribe bar with social icons will only show if there's an embed code provided.   If the intended usage is to still show the social icons even if there is no form to subscribe with, then I'll need a little direction on what is supposed to happen and how that is supposed to look.

Looks great! Thanks for updating the office template so quickly. 

I'm going to talk to Maria to see if there are any offices that wouldn't have a subscribe area but still have their own social media accounts.
