This is done, but does not match the mockup.  That's not a problem at all, I just wanted to point that out.  The mockup represented a form, where the provided embed links to a form.  I styled it like the mockup.  There's the "For Email Marketing you can trust" tagline that is included, so I left that in there.  I can remove it if necessary.
