So, I’ve noticed that sometimes a picture is showing up with the Error Message. I thought it was just doing this when someone was logged in, but apparently it is also happening even if not logged in. See attached screenshot. We are seeing this on Safari, Chrome and Firefox.
 
It appears that it is pulling the featured image of the last published post. Help!
