For the page featuring all the content about funds, I was thinking we could have it function with tabs at the top, the page would be sorted by number to start then be able to isolate specific funds if need be.

Here is what I've got for you and the funds page! I took the same basic design from the example to sent and added the styles from your site to make it fit your needs.

I think you are on the right track with this. I believe the default page should be listed by name alphabetically. We also need to have a little more contrast between the background of the fund description (light gray) and the page color (white).

Awesome, when the development begins I will make sure our developer knows to have the content sorted alphabetically on the main page.
As for the design at its current state, I increased the opacity of the blue background on the fund descriptions from 5% to 15%

I updated the image with a bit of a blur so that the logo and Nav stand out a bit better. But the detail from the stained glass isn't completely lost as well.
