Logo & Branding Proposal and Photography Proposal

Good morning Connie and Samantha,

I hope everything has been going well since we last spoke. 

Earlier today I spoke with Danae, and she mentioned you would be interested in a proposal for a logo as well as for us to do photography of the cemeteries.  Below are some of the details that you will receive with both options.  I have attached the proposals for you to review, and they include these same details as well.

Logo and Branding:
You have a choice within this proposal.  You can choose either a watermark logo, or an icon logo.  The third choice would be our full branding package that includes both logo options as well as:
  • Style Guide 
  • Logo Usage Guidelines & Samples 
  • Social Media Logos & Banners 
  • Double-Sided Business Card Design 
  • Custom Letterhead Design 
  • Custom Envelope Design 
  • Typeface Names, Samples & Usage
Photography for the website
  • We will go to the cemetery sites and take pictures throughout the grounds
  • We will go through the photos and edit them as needed to ensure the best quality

Hi Danae,

Connie and I have been discussing how we want the logo to speak to the Hope that comes with knowing we were made for Eternal Life with Jesus—that death is only part of the journey, and not the end.

I’ve attached several images that we’ve found that might provide some inspiration to your graphic design. Connie likes the “Clouds 1” image of the feeling of the destination being heaven. If that translates to a logo, we’d love to see a sketch!
We also like the idea of a dove with an olive branch, which I think is a universal Christian symbol of God’s promise of love, hope and peace – and combined with a cross, like the idea in “Doves with Cross” image, that could be lovely. Also – the “Dove with Olive Leaf” image is actually a photo of a stained glass in the Holy Cross chapel. The stained-glass image we found together in our last meeting was very visually appealing.

Those are the ideas we have landed on for now. Will you draw up a few and we will be able to choose, or do we need to select one idea alone and we will just get one or two samples to choose from?
