Anthony of Padua 2019 - Grand Rapids, MI

Quote? - How hard would it be to add a livestream button on the Landing Page like they have currently?

Assigned to
Kyle Brown, Web Development at Diocesan Kyle B. Veronica Alvarado, Project Manager at Diocesan Veronica A.
Notes
From Cindy's Email 10/29: "2. Could a Live Stream button be added to the Landing Homepage to make it easy to find. Like what we have now."
Current Landing https://www.saparish.com/ vs Dev Landing https://sap.diocesanweb.org/

Since this was not in the original proof, this may have be quoted out, not sure how much.

Blake Stapleton, Web Designer at Diocesan Blake I'd like your thoughts on this.
On their current landing page, they wanted it to be the same size/importance as the two sites. Not sure how we want to do this one

Theoretically I should be able to do this in an hour, depending on how they want it.

Veronica Alvarado, Project Manager at Diocesan Veronica , did you ask about this? They asked about it in training.

I wonder just putting another button on the parish side that just says
"View Livestream". Just right under the enter site button. I think that could work, rather than creating a third section. What do you guys think?

Blake Stapleton, Web Designer at Diocesan Blake   They want it right in the middle like the old one. Like it would overlap the two sections.

Blake Stapleton, Web Designer at Diocesan Blake Would we want to mock this up for them? That way they have the design of it along with the quote?
Mary Goeldel, Diocesan
I'm going to add my 2 cents, after having worked with Cindy for a couple of years now...give them a repeater option for 2-3 pre-styled buttons.  The ability to add/change out the button(s) for streaming Mass, an event at the church or school, etc.  They have asked use a couple of times now to add buttons for things and they like them big and up front/center - we could be proactive and give them the ability to add a button when they need it and remove it when it's done, all on their own.  :)

Everything works except for the Mobile responsiveness design, I mean it still works, but it is not oval(tine, jk no ovals), but it is not under the other button.

If it works, that's fine. My concern is if the button title gets longer, how does it look?  Would it need to be stacked so this issue doesn't come up?
