I did this for the school, but you need to bring it over to the Church and make it permanent for the school.

They have a new video that is nearly 1.2GB, and since I don't want them uploading that to the site and being loaded on the homepage of all places, I added a plugin that can hide that crap, but for it to work I needed to put it in a shortcode, so I changed the ACF for it to be text instead of oEmbed and then I changed the template for Homepage_Video to be

<?php echo do_shortcode("[embedyt]" . get_field('home_video') . "[/embedyt]"); ?>

instead of

the_field('home_video');

now it doesn't show the related videos and they can change the youtube video in that text field.

So in conclusion,

Change the home_video ACF from oEmbed to Text
Change the code here DPI School Child Theme: home-video.php (template-parts/homepage/home-video.php) to reflect the shortcode change above.
do this for the church side too.
