, their content in the mosaic tiles is absolutely out of hand. I'm planning to put in some aggressive character limits (I'm thinking a maximum of 100 characters), but I'd like to discuss this with you first.
Once we get this reigned in, I'll finish doing the responsive design for this section.

I am guessing this would be for the descriptions for the Mosaic Tiles, aka when somebody hovers, the text that shows up. 100 Characters would be pretty good, I think, but we will have to play around. Very few are going to read that stuff, I would think.

Once I added character limits, I needed to rebuild the entire structure of this component for it to be correctly responsive. This took much longer than I'd hoped, but it's done, and it's all set.
