Good morning

Another week of progress has been made in the website creation.  Initially, we had estimated a price of $9380 (134 hours x $70hr) for website creation. 

We arrived at that price by breaking the web project down as follows:
  • Design: 65 hours budgeted/66.1 hours used
  • Build: 54 hours budgeted/43 hours used
  • Content Migration: 15 hours budgeted/0.2 hours used
This brings our current cost to $7651. 
Your web allowance will cover this cost up to $9380.

Good morning.
I haven't heard from you in a while and just wanted to check to see how things were progressing. I believe we originally were projecting to go live in May. I spoke with Cody a few weeks ago, and he said that after the training sessions were completed we could go live. I wanted to get the word out in advance so people would know when the new website is going live. I wanted to go live, if possible, before school is out because parish life slows down in the summer, and parishioners head for vacation with all their stimulus money:) So the timing would be off if we did a summer launch.

I hope everything is going well.

As Cody mentioned last week, we were getting close to finishing up the development stage.  At this point, we are nearing the end and should be able to finish up very soon.  It is looking like migrating of your content will start next week.  

Once the content has been migrated Cody will reach out to schedule the first training session.
