I just wanted to check in with you to see how the site editing was going. I also wanted to check in with you to ask when you would like to set up a time to go through the second training information, where we go over forms and galleries.

I was able to do a lot of work on the website last week.
Could we Zoom Wed for a 20 min trng session? Shorter is better for me b/c of my workload and also then I can go implement the things I learned. We can then do another short session the following week.
I have a short list of questions and items to go through with you.

Hello Greg,
I don't think a 20-minute training session would be enough time to answer questions and to learn anything new. With the second training going over Gravity Forms and Envira Gallery, we could go through Envira Gallery in 20 minutes, but Forms are quite a bit longer, and best to learn it all at once for consistency's sake. Forms would take about an hour.
As for your questions, are there things that need to be reviewed/shown again or just general questions about the site that could possibly be answered via email? I'm just trying to see if there is a way that we could allocate more of the training time for Envira Gallery/Gravity Form training.
With that said, Wednesday any time after 10:30am works for me.

I did get your email but I was out of the office all day yesterday.
Do you have any availability tomorrow or Friday? I could meet longer than 20 minutes but I wanted part of the session to be interactive with you showing me how to fix/do the following:
* Hero video doesn't display full screen width--grey, blank section on right---Possible to enlarge video area?
* How to align multiple photos? (See "What we believe" section)
* How to add "image" photo next to "contact" block?
* How to add a new page from "menu structure"?
* When adding a new page, how do you have text left justified while adding picture to the right?
* How to change "What's Happening" Section?---Edit Homepage/News shows no image blocks
Things for Cody to do:
* Shift "Title bar" to the left so last section ("Serve with us") pulldowns are not off the page
* Add forms for RCIA, Baptism, & Registration--Make it so that the parishioner can type directly into the document and then press "submit" directing it to the appropriate person

- I made a to-do for the developer to fix that menu issue.
- We will cover forms in the training, so we can make one of those forms then or get a good start on it. You will be able to make and add those forms.

Thanks for the training session today. I did a hard refresh and the new home page column headers were moved over to the left and look excellent.
The HERO video (gray, blank space on the right side) was also corrected.
Just a reminder to extend and make the HERO video section bigger when you get a chance.

* On the 1st page in section II after the question (and box options) asking " your interest in the Catholic faith..." please add the following question: Do any other members of your household want to become Catholic?
* On the last page under section VIII please clarify/add the following: Describe your religious upbringing? Did you attend church as a family, and if so, how frequently? Did you pray in your home as a family, and if so, please describe.
* On the last page under section IX please change to "your relationship to Jesus" (change word God to Jesus)
Please add and/or clarify the following information to the Baptism form:
* Under Question #3 please add the following questions:
* Has the Father been previously married? If yes, is his spouse still alive? If yes, where and when did the marriage take place and who was the Officiant?
* Has the Mother been previously married? If yes,is her spouse still alive? If yes, where and when did the marriage take place and who was the Officiant?
As we were talking about PDF forms I could see some people wanting to use this method especially since some of the info on the forms is confidential. If someone asks when they submit online forms on our website "does the information stay online or can outsiders access this info" how do I reply?

Hello Greg,
I have just sent the quote email for the forms. Thank you for letting me know about those changes.
As long as the site uses HTTPS in the beginning of the URL, everything should be secure. No one should have access to the information except those receiving the email and those that have access to forms on the site. So, basically, staff only.
