New Website Design Link and Edits
Hi Greg,
Thanks again for meeting yesterday and ironing a lot of things out. I think we had a great discussion and made a lot of headway with the design. This morning I finished making those edits we spoke about to the existing proofs and I also created the new mega menu proof. Here is the link again to view those, make sure to give it a refresh just so you have the most recent updates.

Let me know if you have any questions about any of the designs or in general. I know we are really close to approving the design, and the real main task left is the logo. So let me know what you find out about that and we can go from there. Thanks again I will talk to you soon.
Best,

Blake,
The updates look good.
Next Monday a parish volunteer will email me a document to assist us with the conceptual design of our logo. I will forward this to our Priests and a few other people for their input. Hopefully, by the week of the 8th of March, we should have some solid ideas for your design team.
What's the next step? Are we ready to move forward into the "Build" phase? What do I need to do to prepare for this next phase?
Then when we get all the info for the logo we could get the design team involved again, correct?
Greg

Hey Greg,
Glad to hear you are liking all the changes and the design is looking good. That sounds like a plan for the logo I will look forward to seeing everyone's ideas and the direction we go.
I wanted to meet with you again real quick to go over some functionality explanations about some of the proofs. Specifically, the single staff and its functionality, just so you understand how that would work. It's not a fairly long conversation so it doesn't need to be a full hour block off to meet. If we can schedule a time just so we can do a google meet or zoom meeting so you can see my screen I think it would be best. Let me know what works for you and we can go from there, I do have time today if you are available.
NEXT STEPS
We will want to wait on the final logo before sending over the final, official design approval. In the meantime, to keep the project rolling, we can send over your current sitemap for you to begin to edit. This will mean you going through your current pages and deciding which pages will be migrated, which pages will NOT be migrated, which pages you will want to update content before we migrate, and which pages (if any) will be new with content you provide.
Once the design is officially approved, the developer can begin creating the website.
At the same time, we would send over a suggested sitemap based on your edited current sitemap, the Little Flower sitemap, and any other notes you have. We can also schedule a meeting with you and
Cody
to discuss what you do or do not want in terms of general page design layout (how exact you want to match Little Flower).
Once the website development is ready for content and the suggested sitemap is finalized, approved, and any new content is shared with us, we can begin the content migration process.
After the content is migrated, we will send you a link to the development site and schedule your first training session. After session one is session two (1-2 weeks later) then we can launch when you’re ready!
Finally, the page you sent would be super easy to create with what we have designed as well as using the Gutenberg editor.
Let me know if you have any other questions and I will be happy to help. Let me know of a date/time that works for you to just do that quick talk. Thanks so much, talk to you soon!
