I warned them about filling up the storage on the site with potentially useless media, but I don't think they much cared, but just curious if this is a thing we do.

No. We tried this before and it just got us deeper and deeper because they came back to us every time they wanted an image for over a year. 

We can provide them with a list of free stock image websites, but cannot upload an entire catalog of images to their site.
