It's /fundraiser - also, she mentioned she'll need a user role that can just see WooCommerce reports, for the parent volunteers, and nothing else on the dashboard.

So the main menu item shouldn't highlight on hover at all, even if there are no submenu items under it?

Sorry. Unclear. 

Only the item a mouse is hovering over should be affected. 
Right now, both the child and parent menu items are highlighting. This seems to be taken care of now.

Ok. So only MTC Gala should highlight if cursor hovers over that, correct?

Correct. 
If someone hovers over Order Tickets/Tables then only Order Tickets/Tables would highlight, not MTC Gala
