I wanted to see if you needed to have a second training and if we are still on track for launching May 30-31.

Hi Veronica,
I am not sure why this email got missed. I apologize. I don't think I will need another full training course, although I do have a few questions so maybe just a time to go over a few little things.

Also we had a staff meeting on Tuesday and the Pastor asked with we could launch for Pentecost which is June 9th so the actual date would be June 7th. Would that be ok?

Launching on June 7th works for us. Would you be opposed to launching June 6? Thursday launches allow us an extra day to go over any of your concerns during/after launch rather than launching on Friday and not being available to help you until Monday morning. 

Also, I know that you had mentioned that you were going to update your current website host to stop service on June 1. If you have already alerted them, please update them to June 10. 

Is there a day/time this week that works best for you? I will be out of the office on Thursday and Friday, but my coworker, Mary, would be available on Friday. Alternatively, we could always hold off until next week. That would still give you 2 weeks before launching.

Hi Veronica,
I can do tomorrow (Tuesday) anytime between 9:00 am and 2:00 pm or I am happy to meet with Mary on Thursday or Friday morning. The only day that is tough for me is Wednesday.

Launching on the 6th is a good idea. We will plan for that with the other website.
