Based on the template, I, no longer, know what it is supposed to be since it has gone through a couple redesigns and definitely some build implementations.

Right, right. On the plus side, the designers are better at knowing what they should/should not change now, so It will be better moving forward.

Still. I think before finalizing the showcase sites for the Monica template, there needs to be a meeting for you guys ( Danae Chudy, Web Designer at Diocesan Danae , Kyle Brown, Web Development at Diocesan Kyle Cody Armock, Web Content Specialist at Diocesan Cody Blake Stapleton, Web Designer at Diocesan Blake ) to update the design and work through the developer's template of what the actual template is and isn't. 

I don't think I'll be a part of that, but I think it will be good so if anyone picks the Monica template, we know what it is/isn't.
