Sitemap Follow Up
Greetings,
I wanted to confirm I did in fact receive your sitemaps you sent along today. Is there a time we can touch base regarding these? Upon visual inspection of them our team has some follow up questions for you. We will need to have these answered and addressed prior to getting an official sitemap proposal sent out. I am available most days next week or most of the day 9am-4pm EST tomorrow.
Us meeting via a google meet will be the most efficient use of our time to get you guys squared away and moving through our process. I await your reply. (Your entire team doesn't need to be present, just someone who will be designing/editing the sitemap.)

Good Morning,
In my initial email I mentioned the availability was based off Eastern Standard Time, I did not clarify that explicitly in follow up emails. When you requested 0930am I presumed it was EST based off the initial availability I sent out.
Were you planning 0930 CT? So 1030 EST? At this point since no-one is in the meeting room at 0930 EST I will infer that your intent was 0930 CT. I will be back in the above meeting link at 0930 CT.
