Good Afternoon,

I wanted to quickly introduce myself as the content specialist that will be working with you on your new website. In addition to moving over your current content, I will be helping you create a website that is clear, concise and consistent in its content. In addition to adding content that is helpful to any parishioners or visitors, I also strive to make parish administrators' lives easier by creating pages that are easy to edit and intuitive.

Content
During your consultation, you said that you wanted to move everything over from your current website. In order to do this, I will need the following information:

Should I begin moving your current content now, or will you be making changes over the next month?
If you plan on making changes to your website over the next month or so, I can hold off on moving content until you are closer to viewing and launching the new website.
Login and password to your current WordPress sites.
We will use this to export a copy of your current site and import it to the new website before moving things around. This will not affect your current website.

Hello Debbie,

So I know Kyle and I went over the document of changes you sent over. Everything should be changed as needed.

I know I still need to speak to Sarah concerning the Religious Education and Sacraments pages' content, but may want to hold off on that since I think we are really to the point that a training would be best. As of right now, we are right at budget for content migration.

I know we were waiting for the school content before deciding on a training date, but I think it would be most beneficial now so we could get the ball rolling on the content and take that step towards launching.

Is there a day or time that works best for you and the staff? The training typically takes ~2 hours and are scheduled M-F from 9 am - 2 pm.

Before I forget, here is what we still need. If this content is ready, then we can actually put it onto the website during the training to give it a real-life issue, trial run!

The education commission assists the principal in the continual improvement of the school in education and development.

Finance Council (Please change the title from Finance & Administration Team to Finance Council)

The finance council assists the pastor in making financial decisions and is advisory and consultative in nature. The members review the parish budget and receive regular financial statements. In cases where large expenditures are involved, the pastor must receive a vote of approval from the parish finance council.

Parish Pastoral Council

The pastoral council assists the pastor in forming the pastoral plan for the parish. The council’s main purpose is to investigate, reflect, and reach conclusions about pastoral matters to recommend to the parish priest.

Sarah,

You should actually be able to upload the m4v files directly to the website for use. There is no need to convert them to mp3 format.

According to the WordPress Codex, specific media files are supported by the CMS for uploads. Supported images include .jpg and .jpeg, .png and .gif. Supported audio files include .mp3, .m4a, .ogg, and .wav. Several video files types are supported as well including .mp4 and .m4v, .mov, .wmv, .avi, .mpg, .ogv, .3gp, .3g2.

When you get the chance, please email the homilies to valvarado@diocesan.com so that I can put them on the website.

Good morning Debbie,

Are you meaning the background of the entire page? Unfortunately, we did not build this function into the website.
We could, however, add this as a function for all pages (static, slightly transparent background image behind all text, or plain white if no image is selected). Of course, your bulletin contract web allowance only covers up to $5,250 and this would cost an estimated $350-490 extra.

Please let me know if this or something similar to this is something that you are interested in adding to the website.

Hi Veronica, Please review the attached Google document with changes. We
