✔ Resizing words for mosaic tiles

Is there a way so that these words are not cut-off for the two smaller tiles. I will change them now because of the training at 11am today (5/21), but for later on. Scale the text I think would be best, just have it get slightly smaller so it all fits in the blue. Thanks
