Just a note that this might come up once again, but I was not able to switch the authorship to the Parish Admins because of what is called "Deprecated" capabilities. I included a screenshot of what the default Editor role has in them and what the Parish Admin has now after my (highlighted)changes, it only had level 0. These deprecated changes were supposed to be gone with Wordpress 3.0 (Current is Wordpress 5.2 for reference), but these deprecated capabilities still have some importance as I found out. https://www.role-editor.com/wordpress-user-levels-deprecated-just-partially/ (this is from 2014, yeah over 5 years ago, but still hasn't been quite fixed yet) It has a link to User Levels from WP Documentation for reference.
