Left sidebars on Staff page.

Notes
I believe doing a staff template with these few elements in the CSS would be the best since the content is already in there and because it won't mess with the other sidebars and it doesn't add another custom field that you will have to style anyway, so I tried to be as helpful as possible with the styling below, screenshots and highlights most of the stuff that I changed. I may have missed something.

Here are the attributes viewing it with Danae:
  • Instead of having it be the 1/3, 2/3 column as usual, it will be like a 1/4, 3/4 column with the image being the 1/4th.
  • The images they have are all rather large 1000ishx1000ish for most of the staff photos, but Danae would like them at a 5/7 ratio. I can go in and edit each of the photos now to be a specific size and aspect ratio, but in the future, they might not/will not, when they add a new staff member, so if that could be done in CSS, to be set to something like 250px width by 350px height. Included a couple of photos of inspector and highlights of changes.
Any questions, let me know. I ran the page by Danae after changing those things in the inspector and she likes it.
