I like the prayer, but wonder if there is one more oriented toward the Crowning of Mary or Assumption? Also, resurrection is spelled wrong on the back.

What are the rules/guidelines of what prayers we can use? Are there copyright things to worry about?

The Salve Regina is great! It would be good to include the end of it too though "pray for us O Holy Mother of God, that we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ."

Just look around and make sure you can find a source from the 1800s or early 1900s that would be out of copyright.
