that margin shift is the difference, I say either make that the normal or remove the difference for hover. I'll let it be your call. Whichever is closest to the proof or original site.

I believe this was originally done as an animation effect, but with titles as long as they're using, it ended up looking broken. It's fixed, and all is good with the world.
