I tried to tackle this one, but couldn't get it. I at least removed the datetime field for right now in the acf-homilies.php file.

I removed it at first, but added it back in after I took a look at how much code would need to be changed and figured that would be well beyond the scope of a template project.

You're welcome. I attempted to use the published date, but it wasn't working and prevented the homilies from showing up, so I kept it in. It is not a huge deal and it doesn't seem like they will be making that many homilies.
