Good morning,

Another week of progress has been made in the website creation. Initially, we had quoted a price of $11410 (163 hours x $70hr) for website creation. 

We arrived at that price by breaking the web project down as follows:
  • Design: 64 hours budgeted/51.6 hours used
  • Build: 72 hours budgeted/54.9 hours used
  • Content Migration: 27 hours budgeted/0 hours used
Which brings our current cost to $7455.

Just wanted to check in on the status of the website build and/or migration. It's been a few weeks since we heard anything and we need to give one month's notice to our current website provider in order to terminate that contract.

Would an early July launch seem realistic?

Hi Jorge, 


All four of the sites are built to the point that they are ready for content. 
Currently, the Parish and Faith Formation websites are in our content migration queue and set to begin early next week. This puts us on track for the first training from June 9-12. 

As for the concert series and parish hall websites, we are still awaiting content from your team. If you prefer, we can schedule a training session for next week with your team(s) so that as the content comes in, Luis and anyone else working on these sites can begin adding in the content. 

I will send you a follow-up email regarding training dates and what to expect shortly.
