First Training Sessions
Hello Jorge and Luis,
All four sites are ready for content and can have their training sessions scheduled soon. Since the parish and faith formation sites are similar, we can have these training sessions a the same time. Also, since the concert series and hall sites are similar, we can have this training session together as well.
Here are the possible dates for training:
- June 2-5
- Parish Hall
- Concert Series
- June 9-12
- Parish Main
- Faith Formation
The first training sessions will be 1.5 -2 hours in length and are done remotely via a Zoom conference.

The Parish site is the one we’re most pressed for, since that’s the only one currently under third-party contract. With the trainings set for early to mid-June, can we move forward with plans for an early July official launch?

We need to give our existing contract one months’ notice of termination, so if we can shoot for July 1st launch, we can give notice for July 3rd or July 6th to give us a few days of overlap in case we run into any hiccups.

Hi Jorge,
I've added the tentative launch date of Wednesday, July 1. We will check in with you on June 24 (1 week prior) to confirm the launch date.
In order to stick to this timeline, I suggest scheduling the first training session with Cody for the parish website for the week of June 9-12.
This way, you will have 2-3 weeks to get comfortable with the website before launching.
