We are just over a week from the launch of your new site and you have indicated that you would like your domain(s) to be transferred to Diocesan. The first step in this process is to provide us with the one of the following:

- Domain contact information
Domain Login Information
If you would like Diocesan to initiate the transfer for you, we ask that you please send us the following information:

- Name of Hosting Company
- Login URL
- Username/Email
- Password
Please note that once Diocesan initiates the transfer, we may need your domain account owner to forward an email that they will receive.
Domain Contact Information
If you have internal or contracted IT services that you would like us to direct in the transfer process, we ask that you please send us the following information:
- Name of IT Company (if any)
- Name of Individual
- Email of Company/Individual
- Phone Number of Company/Individual
- Account Privileges (if any)

Correction! John transferred the Cotlf domain over to Atimo when we contracted web services with them.

John, I'm authorizing you to transfer the cotlf.org domain to Diocesan. Mary Goeldel will be facilitating the process and we'll be launching the new website on Wednesday.

All right - if we could hold off transferring it until after the launch, that would be best. It can take sometimes as long as 5 days for a transfer to go through and that could possibly interfere with the launch on Wednesday.
So if he could wait to unlock the domain and request an EPP/transfer code until Thursday at the earliest, that would be best.

On Wednesday, please just send the A Record update to Atimo so they can point that in the right direction.
