✔ Parish News page, excerpt length not working?

Set an excerpt length for posts in WP Show Posts of 10 words, also tried 30 words, it's not truncating the posts.

Happening on all posts, not sure why?  It's showing the entire post regardless of the length.  Tried it in both the field that is set in the page and an ACF full width field and it isn't truncating correctly either place.
