Weekly Update

Good afternoon Charmaine, 


Periodically we like to send our clients a recap of their project from a time & cost perspective. Initially, we had quoted a price of $8120 (116 hours x $70hr) for website creation. 

We arrived at that price by breaking the web project down as follows:
  • Design: 40 hours budgeted/39.3 hours used
  • Build: 50 hours budgeted/0 hours used
  • Content Migration: 26 hours budgeted/0 hours used

Which brings our current cost to $2751. 
Your web allowance will cover up to $8120.

Danae has also let us know that we will be going over our original quoted hours for design with the changes that need to be populated across the design. 

As I mentioned in our Zoom meeting, any overage hours may be taken from the hours Content Strategy/Migration. Once we get to content migration, we will let you know how many hours are remaining and determine what content will be migrated by Diocesan and what content will be migrated by your team.
