2/Videos - busted halo, embedded with YouTube so that they get credit for views
3/ What need for us?
4/ we are sending Pictures, banners for the pages.
5/ are screen shots on iMac satisfactory?
6/ pdfs that will be linked
7/ forms that will be completed and sent
8/ When can we look at the site?
9/ I would like to do a ZOOM chat on Wed July 8 with the team to talk about progress, and what else needs to be don.

Hello Charmaine,
The timeline of the project will not be able to meet your July 24 launch date. Realistically, we are looking at the week of August 10 as the soonest launch date.
Below is a link to the estimated timeline of what we have left on the project, including the week we are estimating to send you a link to the development site and when your training sessions should begin.
I have included both the average timeline (average time for training, your team updating content, small requests for developer, etc.) and an expedited timeline (trainings with minimal time between, little to no requests for developer, etc.).

Hello again Charmaine,
I forgot to mention that we will most definitely work with you in order to get as close to your launch date as possible, although it is not always ideal to rush the process. There are a couple of things that we can do here and there to move the project along as quickly as possible.
We understand that a website is a very important communication piece that may need to be rolled out sooner rather than later.
We can discuss these options further during our phone call tomorrow.

- No. Please refer to spreadsheet for timeline. On the second sheet, there is an expedited timeline.
2/Videos - busted halo, embedded with YouTube so that they get credit for views
- Understood. Any YouTube videos will be embedded, allowing the original video creators to collect the views.
3/ What need for us?
- Right now, there is nothing in particular, but as Cody begins migrating the content he will be emailing you or adding comments on the Sitemap.
4/ We are sending Pictures, banners for the pages.
- I suggest creating folders that correspond with pages in this Google Drive so that as Cody goes through content, he knows which images go where.
