Hi Charmaine,

Alan let me know that you are taking over for Father Padilla during the website design process. I would love to set up a meeting with you so we can discuss the website design.

Father Padilla and I got the project to the design approval stage but it wasn't officially approved by anyone. I'd love to get some feedback and see if there are any additional changes you would like to make to the design.

I have some time slots available Thursday or Friday this week or we can schedule a time for next week. Please let me know what works best for you!
