  1. Spacing between What's Happening title and featured buttons needs to be slightly less.
  2. Need an ACF for News Subtitle
  3. More space between picture and post title
  4. More space between title and excerpt.
  5. Title size to 22px from 24px.
  6. Read More link, font-weight: 700, Text-transform uppercase, should be "READ MORE >" 
  7. More News button/Buttons, in general, more letter-spacing and more padding on the left/right.
