Hello Yvonne & Curt,


I have just finished loading your website content onto your new website and wanted to share our progress with you! Below is the link the development site.

Some things to note are that, as I said, it is a development site. This means that there are still items that we are taking care of and what you see is at 80-90% completion. The main item that we still need to complete is the mobile responsiveness of your new website. 
Other items that we are working on are:
  • Completing the homepage news posts tabs
  • Styling the 404 page
  • Styling the search results/no results page
  • Styling a Category page
Last, we do have a question about the Formed.org box within your new website design (see attached, approved mockup). Was this section going to be hardcoded or something that you planned on switching out? If it is something that you will be switching out, we may need to have a further conversation detailing how you expect it to function.

Hi Yvonne,


I just wanted to let you know that the contacts and PDF registration form are online. I began working on the online form but wanted to double check with you as to if you wanted to even have it, as it does take about an hour or so to create. Please let me know.


As for the images, the homepage main image, the homepage post images, and header background images are all mobile responsive images, which means that there are not actual dimensions or ratios that are used. For this reason, we suggest using concept images or action images rather than images where you need to see everything for these images an recommend putting the images you'd liek people to focus on in the content of the page or post.

Did you have a date in mind for training? We'd love to go over the new elements of the website and get a launch date schedule for you.

As seen above, your news & events already exist on the homepage. During the training, we will go over how to add and remove post categories from displaying on the homepage.

The training will be done remotely, through a phone call and screen sharing. We help you set this up at the beginning of the training. It is typically ~2 hours, but since you are already familiar with WordPress, it may be much shorter. 

While most editing elements are the same in terms of layout, there is some additional functionality that we have created for you.

Just as with your old website, you will be able to add PDFs to any of your pages. As for the news posts, you will have the ability to link to any post and are still working on styling posts so that you can easily add a category of posts to individual pages.
