Veronica , I checked the webdepartment email to see if I could find the email we sent to Mark last year about updating the host records, so they may have come from your email. You can search for mark@oci2.com and it will most likely come up.

Other than that, it will be just sending him the normal email. I just sent the Launch Confirmation to Yvonne and have not gotten approval for next Thursday as of yet.

I've set up some to-dos and reminders so that after launch, we can reach out about transferring the domain since they requested it and it's in their proposal. 

Last time, I sent the launch instruction email to mark@oci2.com and cc'd Yvonne. Yvonne had to text him since he was not checking emails. 
I suggest sending the launch instruction notification out today or Monday to schedule it with him then sending the actual instructions (w/ IP address) Thursday morning

Type # schedule (no space) for the scheduling with domain owner then for the launch instructions there's # launch (no space)

Update: Don't need to do anything since it is already pointing to professor, so we don't need to do anything with the domain.
