Good afternoon Holly, Jane, Colleen,

Another week of progress has been made in the website creation.  Initially, we had quoted a price of $15820 (226 hours x $70hr) for website creation. 

We arrived at that price by breaking the web project down as follows:
  • Design: 90 hours budgeted/79.2 hours used
  • Build: 94 hours budgeted/33.9 hours used
  • Content Migration: 42 hours budgeted/30.5 hours used
This brings our current cost to $10052. 
Your web allowance will cover this cost up to $15820.
