Good afternoon everyone,

It's been a few weeks since my last update, but progress has been made in the website creation. Initially, we had quoted a price of $15820 (226 hours x $70hr) for website creation. 

We arrived at that price by breaking the web project down as follows:
  • Design: 90 hours budgeted/79.2 hours used
  • Build: 94 hours budgeted/24.2 hours used
  • Content Migration: 42 hours budgeted/5.4 hours used
This brings our current cost to $7616.1
Your web allowance will cover this cost up to $15820.

Thank you for these updates, Alan.

I was just wondering if we had an update regarding the timeline. I know when we initially discussed this project, it was discussed that the new website would be live before the start of the school year. I understand how the pandemic changes things, so I just wanted to check in to see where things are at currently. I know we'll have to do training on our end too, and that will be a little more complicated once the school year starts.
