Website Proposal
Good morning,
Thank you very much for your patience as we finalized the proposal for the new school and church websites.
I have included links to the websites we are using as inspiration for the parish and school websites. Based on your feedback and our notes we will make adjustments to align with your goals we discussed.

Also, I was able to speak with our sales staff regarding the websites. If a 6 year bulletin contract extension is signed then the cost of the websites would be covered in full. I have included the credit with signing a 6 year extension on the proposal as well.
The proposal is broken down in terms of build, design, content management, the full cost, the website credit contingent with signing a 6 year extension, and then total cost. Lastly, there is an annual charge section. This is the hosting of the website and the domain names for the parish and school websites. These will be billed together once a year.
