We're finishing up migrating content for the school site and then will be sending you the development link in the next day or two.

The first training session can be scheduled anytime starting this Friday, August 14.

The launch of the website can be anytime after this, although we typically ask for 2 weeks between the first training session and the launch to ensure that you are familiar with editing the site and can let us know of any questions or issues before launch.

Please let me know if you have a date in mind for the first training session.

Since next week is the first week of school, things will be a little harried. How long is the training? My schedule is quite varied in the next couple weeks.

Typically the first training is 1.5-2 hours long, but since your current website is already WordPress, you should already be familiar with most of the backend. The new things will be the Gutenberg Block Editor, staff, and the theme settings area. The rest is just the same as your current website. 

My guess is that the training will take closer to 1 hour, with time afterwards to go over any in-depth editor training. Of course, there is always the second training session to go over forms and any questions that you may have.

I was able to add some additional information to the sitemap, but I know there are still some unknowns. Hopefully we can figure that out asap, but I know many of those pages that needed info are going to be redundant or in need of updates due to COVID, and we don't have everything set in stone yet.
