We have reached the point in development at which we share a link to the development site with you.
First, I wanted to go over the missing content from the website and then get into the training and development site.

Something to keep in mind is that the site is not quite completed yet, with the largest thing being mobile responsiveness. That said, it is best to look at the development site on a desktop computer, rather than a laptop or smaller screen. Mobile development/responsiveness is something that the developer completes after the training so that he can update any changes along with the original development!
There are some other big items that we are still working on, such as:
The developer on your project is out of the office until next week and will begin making these updates once he returns. All items should be completed before your training session.

Hi Veronica,
Just left a message with DPI for you to call before meeting at 10:00 am.
We were hoping to reschedule, as half of the participants can no longer attend.
Kelly and I have just had a chance to speak after viewing the new websites and honestly we are having a few issues with the new look. I think it best if we regroup and go over some of the design details we were looking for:
It really looks like the old website, same blocky feel and colors. We were hoping for a more refined look
The second level tabs are hard to see in the picture.
The squares are so large and bulky
Too much white space.
I know this is so hard to communicate and visualize over zoom and not being in the same room and I do know you are all separated during this COVID time. But after all this time we were hoping for a bit more visually sophisticated site. I know if we are able to communicate the problems your team will understand.
