Also, I know we had discussed creating a Get Involved form similar to Sacred Heart (). Did you have the ministries/options you'd like me to use to create this form for you? If not, we will go over how to create the form during training, so you can set it up at any point in time.

I think I will wait to make a form when we are in the training phase. We are having some personal turnover here and need to wait for the new hires to acclimate and help pick out what works for them in regards to forms. Permission to move forward with content with knowledge that I can change the content as needed in future;)

I also added another doc I had the teachers fill out about content, field trips, retreats, service projects, etc. I linked it to the sitemap and added it to the Google Drive School folder.

I'd be happy to chat more about either of these things if it helps!

Okay, so taking this form and turning it/them into online fillable forms, correct? 

I'll make sure to add the teachers' content to the website when going through the migration.

I think right now if we could have one form for Home & School with the different volunteer opportunities, that would be a good start for now, and then the separate individualized forms for each committee/opportunity could be developed later during training if needed.

A form for contacting the school would also be helpful. I'm sure your team probably knows better than I how that should look and function.

On another note, would it be safe to start using the https://ihmschoolgr.org website address on our documentation? I saw that it's functional.

So excited for this next step!!

Hello everyone, 


Were you able to find the PNG (transparent background) version of your parish and school logo? I know there was some back and forth on which logo was correct, so I didn't want to just upload the ones from the current website. 
Currently, I saw a JPG version, but did not see a PNG version.

Morning!

I had to dig deep and I found a few files, but I'm pretty sure most are not helpful (nor are they PNG). I did find one PNG file for the old school logo though.

Holly, Colleen, and Jane -- was the old logo the one you want to use? Those were the only files I could find.
